The Illinois State Library has selected Counting Opinions and its LibPASLibrary Performance Assessment Service (Library Performance Assessment) solution for the capture, management, and sharing of its annual:

  1. Public Library Data Survey, including the annual Institute of Museum and Library Services data filing requirements, and
  2. Interlibrary Loan and Reciprocal Borrowing Survey covering all public, academic, school and special libraries.
