InformsUsForm, Survey and App Builder Service, also Web Form Builder+ is a web-based tool for the development and implementation of custom forms and surveys. InformsUsForm, Survey and App Builder Service, also Web Form Builder+ is an extension of and fully integrates with our existing library solutions, LibPASLibrary Performance Assessment Service and LibPASLibrary Performance Assessment Service.
InformsUsForm, Survey and App Builder Service, also Web Form Builder+ supports:
- simple creation and management of online custom forms and surveys
- multi-language forms
- advanced forms features to ensure the integrity of captured data (e.g., real-time edit checks, filtering, data lookups, captcha codes, etc.)
