The Utah State Library has selected Counting Opinions and its LibPASLibrary Performance Assessment Service (Library Performance Assessment) solution for the capture and management of its annual public library data needs, including the annual Institute of Museums and Library Services (IMLSInstitute of Museum and Library Services) data filing requirements.

The Utah State Library Division commented that "we are excited to use LibPASLibrary Performance Assessment Service to receive, manage, analyze, and report library data across the state. This cutting-edge tool will allow our Division to begin breaking down data silos to minimize data isolation and increase efficiencies. In addition, libraries will be able to analyze their own data and generate reports for more effective evaluation, management, and advocacy efforts."
