- Access to the Public Library Data Set (PLDSPublic Library Data Service) is available to LibPASLibrary Performance Assessment Service subscribers. Libraries can now fully (and strategically) employ the PLDSPublic Library Data Service (either standalone or combination with other data) using the comprehensive reporting LibPASLibrary Performance Assessment Service reporting tools.
