November 2010/University of Maryland SLIS LibSat Analysis Paper

Counting Opinions and the Denver Public Library (DPL)* teamed up with University of Maryland SLIS students enrolled in a Planning and Evaluation course led by Dr. Neal Kaske (Spring ’10 term). Under the collaboration, the students were given access to DPL’s LibSatLibrary Customer Satisfaction Management Service results and their assignment was to employ the LibSatLibrary Customer Satisfaction Management Service reporting functionality and conduct an analysis of the data and provide recommendations to DPL management.
